Governing law, courts, and consumer dispute rights

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route, and last-updated date
If any provision is found unenforceable the remainder continues in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
